ACCOLADES: Glen Coben has given talks on Restaurant and Hotel Design around the country, has been cited in major publications as a thought leader in Hotel and Restaurant Design and appeared on several TV programs, including a part in a special on Mario Batali that appeared on the Food Network and a part in a Food Network Canada production of “The Making of Riingo Restaurant.” Additionally, Glen appears in the pilot of “My Life in Steak,” which has not been picked up as yet. His book, “An Architect’s Cookbook, A Culinary Journey Through Design” was published in October, 2018 by ORO Editions.

Glen & Company projects have been featured in Interior Design Magazine, Hospitality Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest and have been cited in The New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. His firm’s design for Romera Restaurant was nominated for a James Beard Award in 2011, considered to be the Academy Awards for the restaurant world!
